\nIngredients:
\n● fresh strawberries (the fresher and more berries you use, the better) – 25–30 pieces
\n● tequila – 240 ml
\n● orange liqueur – 180 ml
\n● dry strawberry gelatin mix – 85 g
\n● gelatine – 1/2–1 tablespoon
\n● coarse salt
\n● lime wedges
\n\n\nMethod of preparation:
\n1. Prepare the strawberries. Wash and dry them, then gently remove the sharp tip at the end of each berry. Next, use a coffee spoon or a special round strawberry scoop to cut out the center of each strawberry without damaging the surrounding fruit flesh.
\n2. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan, then add the strawberry gelatin mix and stir until it is completely dissolved.
\n3. Mix the tequila with the orange liqueur, and then add 1/4 cup of cold water. Pour this mixture into the hot gelatin solution and stir again until everything is well combined.
\n4. Pour the prepared mixture over the strawberries and place them in the refrigerator overnight.<\n\n5. Afterwards, carefully dip the edges of the strawberries in water and then lightly coat them with coarse salt. Cut the lime wedges into triangles and use them to decorate the gelatin topping.
