This event has a great history that has lasted for more than one century. True, the roots of the event go back to ancient times, when the Chinese celebrated the fifth day of the fifth lunar month 2000 more years ago.

The festival is called the Duanwu Festival & raquo; and is held annually on different days, since it depends on the lunar calendar. In China and Hong Kong there is even a professional league for those who participate in dragon boat races. In total, more than 30 thousand people will take part in the festival.
