Built in the 18th century, the majestic two-story house with a colonnade at the front entrance once belonged to the family of Count F. Krasitsky, heir of the clan coat of arms Rogal. The building had rich exterior decoration of the facade, executed in Empire style. During the reign of the Polish authorities in the lands of the town of Vladimirets there was the management of the affairs of the agricultural sector, local and Gorodets distilleries.

Before the Great Patriotic War, the building housed various administrative institutions that were closed before the fighting began. The building survived during the fires of the war and after it there was an orphanage. In the early 60's, the palace was placed under the management of the local collective farm.

Today the building is in decline and slowly collapsing, major repairs in the walls of the palace have not been carried out for more than half a century, so the historical monument of architecture needs restoration.
