The Museum of Liberation Struggle, Zabolotov

The Museum of Liberation Struggle is in a beautiful building with ancient architecture from the early 20th century. It was opened in 2007. The museum is not difficult to see at the crossroads of two village streets Zabolotova.

The high spire of the pyramidal dome indicates the significant rank of the former owner of the house, which in our days was given to the museum exposition. An unusual exhibition was opened for the 65th anniversary of the liberation movementof Pokutsky lands by Ukrainian patriotic associations, in particular, the UPA. The history of the liberation confrontation includes a thousand-thousand exhibition with the most important exhibits kept by the fans of the movement.

Here you can see hundreds of photographs, secret documents, archival data, inventory and portraits of heroes, as well as a reconstruction of the situation of the rebel bunker. The museum is divided into five exhibition hallsby the years of the history of the liberation army. The most outstanding of them are & ndash; these are the years of the revolutions of the 1920s and 50s of the 20th century. Here you can see a small ethnographic exhibition describing the traditions of the region. And later go to a large museum of ethnography and life, located in a unique building in the town of Tlumach.
