Kaidenov's house

Gecha is a small village in Transcarpathia, numbering more than a thousand inhabitants, most of them Hungarians. The village is famous for its plum and pork festivals, where craftsmen compete in the preparation of these products. And ordinary people tasting what they got, washed down with a slivka or a stronger drink depending on the weather.

The main attraction of the village is the house built in the very beginning of the 19th century on Svitankova Street. Initially, the manor belonged to a family of noblemen. It was built by the head of this family - L. Kaiden. The house looks simple enough - a one-story building with a small porch, the arch of which is adorned with an arch of interesting work.A curious tourist can bypass the estate and see what's left of the family crypt of the family owning the house.

Today, the manor is kept in proper form, as it is given to the village soviet. And travelers will be interested to see the construction with a two-hundred year history.
