Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord, Old Ugrinov

In the central part of the village of Novitsa, on the territory of the village Old Ugrinov, there is a church of the Transfiguration of the Lord. The construction of the temple dates back to 1938. The church was erected on voluntary contributions of local residents. The temple is built in three-domed, the largest dome of the temple is in the middle. The church is made entirely of natural wood.

Church buildings and domes have several facets, which adds to the architecture of strictness and majesty. The windows of the temple have an oblong arch shape and on the ground floor are completely barred. The exterior of the temple is dominated by golden and green colors. To the left of the main entrance to the church a small chapelis attached, which blends harmoniously with the general ensemble of the structure.

The church is on an elevation to enter the temple, it is necessary to overcome several steps. The territory adjacent to the temple is enclosed by a low metal fence, behind which grow various trees. In the warm season, they surround the temple with a picturesque bright green wreath.
