The Vvedenskaya church, Polyanitsa

The Vvedenskaya church in the village of Polyanytsa is a fine example of the Ukrainian architecture of the 20th century. In Transcarpathia there are many wooden churches. Unfortunately, some of them are lost in fires.

So it happened with the church in Polyanitsa, built in 1912. The new temple was rebuilt in 1990.

In this area the river Prutets originates. On its shore there is a church - the view opens charming. Further, the river flows through the territory of the Carpathian Nature Park. Polyanitsa is located in the heart of the ski resorts. Nearby is worth visiting Bukovel, one of the best resorts of the Carpathians. It is beautiful both in winter and in summer.
