Mountain irons in Colorado
Irons represent a whole series of wedge-shaped rocks near Boulder, Colorado, United States of America. From the eastern slope of Mount Green Mount, if you move from north to south, there are five such irons.
These irons are so entwined in the history of the area that they are considered a symbol of the town of Boulder. As you know, the name of these cliffs was chosen for good reason. The surfaces do resemble the soles of the iron, raised up with sharp angles. The breed at these slopes was formed about 290 million years ago. The slope, was acquired by irons about 80 million years ago. Subsequently, in connection with erosion, a smooth surface appeared that attracted hundreds of climbers.
