Electrolar Lola Drayson B12/69EV set a new speed record
Racing electric cars are getting faster. The Lola Drayson B12/69EV car, replaced with an electric motor, accelerated to 212 mph (341.18 km/h) and set a new record in its class. This is almost 40 km/h more than the previous record holder, Nissan ZEOD RC, about which we wrote earlier.
If the development of this direction of motor sport goes on and on at the same pace, then soon electric cars will be worthy competition to their gasoline colleagues.
