Church of Paraskeva Pyatnitsa, Samchiks
Church of St. Paraskeva Friday is one of the main sights of Starokostiantynivsky district of Khmelnitsky region. The old temple was built in the village of Samchiki in 1771 by the landlord Choetsky and was the church of the Catholic Marian monastery. Later the church became Greek Catholic, and only in 1837 it was consecrated as the Orthodox Church of Paraskeva Friday.
Until now, in the interiors of the church, a unique carving has survived. The stone bell tower is the burial vault of the Hoetsky clan.
