The House of Utkin is a masterpiece of modern building materials. More than a hundred years ago this house appeared here. The union of iron and concrete still surprises modern architects with its sophistication. The two-story mansion consists of several buildings. All facades are decorated with reinforced concrete patterns. Here you can see figures of atlantes, images of masks, etc. All balconies are littered with garlands. Strangely enough, all this does not burden the appearance of the building, everything looks quite harmonious.

It is certainly not known who in previous years was the master of this manor. Today, the building is located Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Mykolaiv region. Most administrative services are located in the historic part of the city. For example, there is the Mykolaiv City Council.
