Nikolaev City Council

Earlier on the site of the city council there were "stone benches". Here traded the best goods. Many of them were delivered from Europe and the countries of Scandinavia. Then there was the management of the military port. The Great Patriotic War left an indelible mark here. The building was completely destroyed, but in 1954 a new housewas built. Today the city council of Nikolaev and several editorial offices of local newspapers are located here.

The building is somewhat similar to the White House in the US or the Canadian government house. Despite the fact that this is a Soviet building, the house looks very neat. Broken around the squaregives the building more charm. In spring, the flowerbeds of the city council are flooded with different colors of blossoming flowers.
