Ghost Lake

The village of Khropotova, which is in the Khmelnytsky region, at first glance, is no different from itself similar villages where people live and work. However, here there is a place from which the real mysticism - Lake Viknina - is blowing. Its peculiarity is the inability to freeze even in the worst frosts.

Locals wash clothes in it, which becomes clean and soft, fish grows at a record pace, but they do not risk swimming here in the summer, referring to various fears, sometimes beyond superstition. There is a belief that the lake is a window to another world - hence its name. In a word, if you love mysteries of nature mystical phenomena, then you certainly need to visit Viknyne, which is often called a ghost-lake.
