The Kolochavka Narrow-Column Museum

The original museum called Kolochavka Narrow-Column is located in the Mezhgorsky District of the Transcarpathian Region. He received his name from the name of the village in which he is located. The museum is the only one of its kind in the entire territory of Transcarpathia.

The railway began its history in the late 19th century. The first train was launched in 1861. His route was from Peremyshl to Lviv. Over time, the railway branch has grown, new directions began to appear.

Among the exhibits of the Kolochavka Narrow-Gauge Railroad there is now an old steam locomotive, 10 cars, a lorry trailer for I. Chusu and several functioning narrow-gauge cars. The legendary steam locomotive was brought to the museum from Germany in 1951. Each of his cars is a mirror of the historical epochs of Ukraine.
