Church of the Assumption of St. Anna, Sloboda
In the 19th century the village of Sloboda belonged to the family of Troshchinsky. In 1852, Major-General Andrei Troshchinsky built in the village a stone church of the Assumption of St. Anna, which still exists and is a monument of national importance.
The church was built in the style of late classicism. Its feature is the absence of an external decor. Cross according to its plan, the church is crowned with a hemispherical dome. On the western, northern and southern facades - large semicircular windows. The facades of the temple are completed with triangular pediments. In the interior there are remains of thematic murals of the 19th century. The Church of the Assumption of St. Anne is a stunning example of classical architecturethat is worth seeing.
