Komarnovsky Castle

In Komarno there is one of several castles belonging to the family of tycoons of Lyantskoronsk. A bastion-type castleis located on the outskirts of the city. The foundation of the castle was laid in the 15th century by S. Khodetsky. Around the Komarnovsky castle preserved earthen ramparts, which protected the building. A relatively large building lost its importance with the Lanckoronsky family over time, as another estate was built nearby.

Now the territory of the castle is used as a football stadium. Therefore, here you can not only enjoy the age-old architecture, but also become a spectator of thefootball match of the local team.
