St. Anna's Church in Borislav

St. Anna's Church is located in Borislav. This Greek-Catholic church was built in 1900. And two years later it was consecrated as a Roman Catholic church of St. Barbara.

The Church of St. Anne has a special charm. This is a real work of art. In it echoes the neo-Gothic style with neo-romanticism. Natural stone and brick were used for the construction. The temple is very light, full of sun, windows are decorated with curly stained-glass windows. The image of St. Barbara is placed at the main altar. The church is a pilgrimage center. Father Roman, who is also the rector of the church, collected the relics of saints around the world. Today, more than five hundred relics are kept in the church of St. Anne. On holidays, you can see the relic. There are 54 relics associated with the life of Jesus Christ.

People come for healing. It is believed that relics save disease. Amazing cases of recovery have been repeatedly recorded. The Church is rightfully considered a treasure trove of beauty, grace and faith.
