Monument to Paul Nikolayevich

Monument to Alexander Nikolayevich Polu - archaeologist, writer, entrepreneur and public figure, was installed in Dnepropetrovsk in 2002. Back in 1889, in the noble assembly of Ekaterinoslav, the question of installing the monument to Paul as an honorary citizen who "revived the land and resurrected the city of Yekaterinoslav" was considered.

A monument to Taras Shevchenko is located not far from the monument.
