Red Bull Kart Fight is an international karting competition for amateurs. For the past 5 years, this event has been held with tremendous success around the world (Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia, Sweden, Turkey, England, Italy, and more). This year, the competition will take place in Ukraine for the first time. The winner of the national final of Red Bull Kart Fight in Ukraine will represent our country at the international finals in Italy.

Each participant may register only for one qualifying round. Participants holding licenses from the Ukrainian Automobile Federation are not eligible. The top 18 participants from each region will advance to the final.
5. REGULATIONS AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
5.1. ORGANIZATOR AND RIGHTS
5.1.1>The organizer of this event is Red Bull Ukraine. Address: 04107, Kiev, Baghovutivska Street 17/21, phone: 044 537-74-36.
5.2. PARTICIPATION FEES
All participants will be provided with insurance by the organizer. Safety regulations must be followed, and a valid passport is required for registration.
5.3. QUALIFICATION ROUNDS
• A maximum of 60 participants per round are allowed.
• The organizing karting center may charge a starting fee, which will cover its organizational costs. Participants must pay this fee directly to the center.
5.4. FINAL ROUND
The final round will be held in Kiev on May 19. The exact location and time will be announced on the website.
5.5. JURISDICION AND AMENDMENTS
5.5.1>The organizer reserves the right to change the dates, locations, or rules of this event at any time.
5.6. PRIZES
The winner will receive a trip to the “Red Bull Kart Fight” international competition. The organizer is not responsible for any visa issues or travel expenses related to the prize.
5.7. OTHER TERMS
5.7.1>The prizes cannot be transferred to third parties.
5.7.2>All participants agree that their personal information may be used by the organizer for marketing purposes, in accordance with Ukrainian law.
5.7.3>Any changes to the rules or the cancellation of the event will be announced by the organizer in accordance with these regulations.
5.8. COSTSAll participants are responsible for their own expenses related to participating in this event.
5.9. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
The organizer reserves the right to modify these rules entirely or partially.
6. FINAL NOTES
6.1>Only one winner will be determined based on the results of the final round.
6.2>The organizer is not responsible for any damages caused to participants or third parties as a result of this event.
6.3>All results and decisions of the organizer are final and cannot be appealed.
6.4>This event is not considered a lottery or gambling activity. The prize fund is not generated from SMS fees.
