Church of Elijah the Prophet, Truskavets

An interesting sight of the resort Truskavets - the church of Elijah the Prophet - was built in 1998year. This young structure is the embodiment of the old dream of parishioners.

A small town with a population of 26 thousand people with sincere joy perceived the appearance in a residential area of ​​a spacious church with a separate bell tower. Now it is one of the mostvisited churchesof the city, and in the holiday months (from May to September), there come and visitors parishioners. During the summer holidays the population of Truskavets increases, on average, 10 thousand people.

Above them rises the only bathhouse, about 30 meters high, and the porch is decorated with an arched veranda, which gives the facade walls a special lightness and grace. On the right side is a bell tower in a similar style. On days of great holidays, the sound of its bells reaches all corners of the city.
