A source with therapeutic thermal water is located in a small town Berehove, in Transcarpathia. Previously, the city was called Beregsas - the same name in Hungarian. The town is only 5 kilometers from the border, thanks to this location it plays an important role in the cultural exchange of the two states.

Beregovo source of hot chloride-sodium mineral water, the temperature of which does not fall below +35 degrees in winter,, is equipped for year-round taking of medical baths. Water can be used for pain in the joints, cardiovascular diseases, disorders of the musculoskeletal system and many other health problems.

The source is equipped with a full-fledged pool and is located in the complex of the sports center "Transcarpathia". For tourists and visitors of the city, a hotel, a restaurant and a sauna with mineral water are open. Also in Berehove is worth visiting the thermal spring "Skylark".
