The Kuzi reserve area
The Kuzi reserve zone belongs to the part of the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve. Its area is 4, 925 hectares, of which a significant part of the & ndash; These are beech, fir, oak forests with inclusions of hornbeam and maple plantations. The area is rich in parts of rocks covered with dense greenery or waterfalls. Such vegetation allows living in the Kuziyskiy massif to the most diverse types of wild animals. The most important tourist attractionof the reserve is the extraordinary mountain "Lysina". It is visited by hundreds of tourists every year to enjoy the opening landscapes from the summit, which in turn has the form of a full-fledged plain, for which it received its memorable name.
