Chocolate syrup1 photos

Ingredients:
● 1.5 Art. sugar
● 3/4 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (if you use sweet cocoa powder, add less sugar or do not add it at all)
● 1 tbsp. water
● pinch of salt,
● 1 tsp. vanilla.

Preparation:
1) In a small saucepan, mix the sugar, cocoa and salt.
2) Add water.
3) Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
4) Reduce heat and cook for 1 minute.
5) Remove from heat, add vanilla and cool.
