Ingredients:
● Golden Rum — 40 ml
● Pineapple Juice — 50 ml
● Almond syrup — 10 ml
● Orange Liquor — 20 ml
● Lime juice — 20 ml
Preparation:
1) Rum insist 1.5 days on a mixture of dried fruits (pineapple, cherry, carcade) at the rate of 3 g per 100 ml
2) Shake all ingredients except rum
3) Strain into a 2/3 glass filled with cube ice
4) Add crushed ice
5) Add rum
6) Decorate with pineapple slice, cherry, mint
