The former income-producing property of Lando Bezverkhov.<br>(Architect: A.M. Ginzburg, 1906.)3 photos
The former tenement building owned by Lando-Bezverkhov.
(Architect: A.M. Ginzburg, 1906).
Built in the style of Constructive Modernism, the building retains the typical characteristics of a symmetrical, single-section urban residence from the late 19th to early 20th centuries. Its facade is distinguished by original architectural elements: a protruding rectangular volume containing a deep, horseshoe-shaped niche with steps leading to the entrance; loggias on either side of the entry; and elongated pilasters separating narrow vertical windows on the second and third floors. The fourth floor is marked by a continuous balcony that divides its facade into sections.
Inside the building, one can still see interior elements that have been preserved to this day:
Sumskaya Street, 80.
