Ingredients:

● Orange Liquor (Cointreau) & ndash; 20ml

● Cognac (Courvoisier Sun will do) & ndash; 40ml

● Sugar (sand) & ndash; 5g

● Lemon & ndash; 40g

● Ice cubes & ndash; 200g

Preparation:

1) Method of preparation: pour orange liqueur and brandy into a shaker. Squeeze a quarter of a lemon and fill it with ice cubes. Beat the shaker well.

2) On the cocktail glass we make a sugar rim. Through the strainer, pour the contents of the shaker into a chilled cocktail glass. Cocktail is ready!
