An exotic cocktail created in 1934 by Don Beecham, bartender of a Hollywood restaurant "Don Beechcamber". Here is the original cocktail recipe, but you have to admit that, traveling from bar to bar, this drink has undergone many changes.

Ingredients:

● 15 ml of white rum

● 15 ml of golden rum

● 15 ml of dark rum

● 10 ml Cherry Brandy

● 10 ml of apricot brandy

● 50 ml of pineapple juice

● 30 ml of orange juice

● 10 ml of lime juice

● 20 ml of papaya juice

● Almond syrup, drip

● Very strong rum & laquo; Demerara 151 & raquo;, drip

Preparation:

1) Pour in all ingredients except rum & laquo; Demerara 151 & raquo; into a shaker. Beat vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with dry crushed ice. Add rum & laquo; Demerara 151 & raquo ;.

2) Decorate with a slice of orange and pineapple, a sprig of mint. Serve with a straw and a cocktail stick.
