Peach Ecstasy Cocktail2 photos

Ingredients:

● 1 peach

● 100 ml of rum (can be replaced with vodka)

● 60 ml of peach liquor

● 100 ml tonic

Preparation:

1) Make arbitrary, not deep cuts along the surface of the peach. Place in a deep bowl and pour boiling water. After the 1st minute, wash the peaches under cold running water and remove the skin.

2) Cut the peach into slices and place in a blender. Add rum and liqueur. All whip into a homogeneous mass.

3) Add tonic and mix slightly, but so that all the gas does not come out. Pour the cocktail into serving glasses, decorate with mint and peach pieces.
