I wanted to show you how REAL Pina Colada is prepared, without adding various coconut liqueurs, and even worse - syrups. The original cocktail at home is difficult to prepare, but quite real. The taste of this cocktail is unusual, it will certainly surprise you.
Ingredients:
● white rum,
● Two Coconuts (# 1 and # 2)
● Pineapple
Preparation:
1) In both coconuts we make a hole and pour milk out of them. Before buying a coconut, be sure to check the presence of milk in it by shaking, if there is no milk - coconut is missing.
2) We break Coconut No. 1 with a hammer. From coconut No. 2 we make a glass (we cut off the top from it with the help of ... a saw), and the bottom of this glass can be trimmed with sandpaper. Therefore, in advance, try not to choose rounded coconuts when buying.
3) Using a knife to read potatoes, cut off the brown part of the coconut pulp. With the help of a grater, we turn the coconut pulp into chips, from which we squeeze coconut oil. The process is not easy, but otherwise - no way. In the elastic fabric, wrap the chips and squeeze the fabric with your hands until oil is poured.
4) Next, mix coconut oil with coconut milk in a ratio of 1 to 4 and get the coconut cream we need for a cocktail. Meanwhile, squeezing the juice from the pulp of pineapple by any means.
5) In a shaker with ice pour 30 ml of white rum, 30 ml of coconut cream and 90 ml of pineapple juice. You can whip all these ingredients in a blender. Most importantly, Pina Colada should contain crushed ice.
6) Pour almost ready-made cocktail into a pre-cooked coconut glass. Decorate with a slice of pineapple and maraschino cherries. What a beauty in our house, isn't it? ;)
