Banana Oatmeal Protein Pancakes2 photos
Ingredients:
20 grams of oat flakes
half a banana
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of soda
a pinch of sea salt
25 grams of flour (or 1 tablespoon plus a heaping spoonful of protein powder)a pinch of vanilla<>50 milliliters of milk
2 eggs or 1 egg
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of brown sugar (optional). Preparation:<
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and oil. Then combine both mixtures until you get a smooth, consistent consistency. If the dough becomes too thick, add a little more milk.
Cook the pancakes on both sides until they get a golden-brown crust.
Once they are ready, garnish them with grated chocolate, cocoa powder, nuts, banana, or other toppings of your choice.
