Singapore sling1 photos

Ingredients:

● Cherry and Orange Liquor

● Benedictine

● genie

● Angostura Bitter

● Pineapple Juice

● Grenadine

Preparation:

1) Pour into a shaker: pineapple juice 120 ml, grenadine 10 ml, cherry liqueur 15 ml, orange liqueur 10 ml, benedictine 10 ml and gin 30 ml

2) Add angosture bitter 3 drops

3) Squeeze half a lime

4) Fill the shaker with ice cubes and whip

5) Pour through a strainer into a cooled sling

6) Decorate with pineapple and cocktail cherries on a skewer
