Vanilla Milkshake1 photos

Ingredients:

● 3 cups of vanilla ice cream

● 2 tbsp. l white chocolate sauce

● Half cup chocolate balls

Preparation:

1) To make a chocolate sauce, mix half a cup of water, half a cup of sugar in a pot over medium heat. After the sugar has dissolved, break 180 g of 77% white chocolate into small pieces, stir until dissolved, add 30 g of butter, then 8 tbsp. l heavy cream and 0.5 tsp. vanilla. Mix well and allow to cool.

2) To make a cocktail, mix ice cream, ice, chocolate balls and chocolate sauce in a blender. Pour by the glass. Top with a ball of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with nuts or chocolate chips as desired.
