Ingredients:

● eggs — 2 pieces

● sugar — 150 g

● Lemon — 1 pc.

● Orange — 1 pc.

● sugar — 4 pieces

● cream — 1.5 Art.

● powdered sugar — 1 tsp

● vanilla extract


Cooking Method:

1) Beat eggs with 50 grams of sugar.

Grate citrus zest with sugar cubes and mix with egg mass.

2) Add cream.

3) Heat the remaining sugar until caramel is produced.

4) Pour the caramel into the pudding form, put the cream on top, close the lid, put in a water bath and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

5) Add water as needed. Then cool and pour into a glass.
