Cocktail Cyrus Royale1 photos
Appearing after World War II, the cocktail owes its popularity to Felix Cyr (mayor of Dijon, Burgundy). The enterprising mayor obliged the reception of all hotels to entertain guests with a cocktail, combining the two main assets of Burgundy — liquors and sparkling wine. High-ranking delegates quickly tasted the cocktail, and exports went up the hill.

● Sparkling Wine Dry 130 ml
● Flute
● Cocktail spoon
Preparation:
1) Pour the blackcurrant liqueur in the cooled flute. Spare dry sparkling wine. Gently mix with a cocktail spoon.
