Ingredients:

● cream (22%) — 400-500 ml

● Condensed Cream — 380 g

● Dark Chocolate (no additives) — 100 g

● vanilla sugar — 20-30 g

● whiskey (or vodka) — 0.3-0.4 l


Preparation:

1) Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add a little cream and stir until smooth. Add vanilla sugar to the remaining cream and mix well.

2) Then alternately add the remaining ingredients: cooked chocolate, condensed cream and whiskey (or vodka). Put ready cocktail in the fridge for a day. Serve chilled cocktail, you can add ice cubes. Decorate with whipped cream, grated chocolate and strawberry.
