It turns out on the basis of a rather unoriginal cocktail & laquo; Gin and Tonic & raquo; You can create just an incomparable drink, beautiful, you can even say elegant and tasty. Just need to add a cucumber, citrus notes and a little absinthe.

Ingredients:

● 4 peeled cucumber wheels

● 15 ml absinthe

● 60 ml gin

● 20 ml of lemon juice

● 20 ml of simple sugar syrup

● 60-120 ml of tonic

Preparation:

1) In a shaker, crush a cucumber, add absinthe, let stand a bit (30 seconds), then pour in gin, lemon juice, syrup, put ice and shake well. Strain in a glass of collins, pour the tonic on top. You can decorate with a wheel of cucumber.
