Refreshing green spring cocktail with homemade green tea syrup, Chartreuse and cucumber liqueur. Fresh, new and stylish!

Ingredients:

● 0.25 cups of green tea leaves (sencha variety)


● 90-100 g of sugar

● 200 ml of water

● 40 ml of vodka

● 15 ml of Chartreuse liquor (yellow)

● 20 ml of lemon juice

● 1 cucumber 2.5 cm thick

● Ice


Preparation:

1) First you need to prepare a syrup. To do this, boil water and make tea. Let stand for 7 minutes. Then strain by removing the tea leaves. Pour sugar and mix until dissolved. Heat if necessary. Then put the syrup in the fridge. It can be stored and used gradually.

2) To make a cocktail, cucumber should be washed and cut into wheels, one should be put off. Put the rest in a shaker and knead with a pestle, add 30 ml of the previously prepared syrup from green tea, as well as the remaining ingredients and 6 ice cubes. Shake and then strain into a glass. Decorate with the remaining wheel of cucumber.
