Mulled wine with brandy1 photos

Ingredients:
● dry red wine 150 ml
● citrus peel to taste
● 1/4 tsp cinnamon
● 1/4 tsp carnation
● nutmeg 1/4 tsp.
● honey 1 tsp
● cognac 25 g.

Preparation:
1) Mix wine and citrus zest. Add cognac, honey and spices. Heat the mixture to 50-60 C.
2) After warming up the drink, it is better to insist a little, so that the spices will open up and give away their flavor. Insist mulled wine in a closed container and in a warm place. Mulled wine is ready !. Have a nice drink;)
