Exterior Design of the Lando-Bezverkhov Building The former residential building Lando-Bezverkhov was constructed in the style of constructivist modernism. Its overall design retains the typical characteristics of a symmetrical, single-section urban residence from the late 19th to early 20th centuries. The building stands out for its original and innovative facade elements: a protruding rectangular volume containing a deep, horseshoe-shaped niche with steps leading up to the entrance door; side balconies located next to the entrance; elongated pillars separated by narrow vertical windows on the second and third floors; and a fourth floor featuring a continuous balcony that runs along its entire length.
