Rymerskaya, 23. Este edificio de cuatro pisos fue construido en 1913 por el arquitecto A.M. Ginzburg en estilo modern, con elementos de neoclassicism. La composición del frente principal es rigurosamente symmetrical; la equilibrio entre las fuertes horizontales y verticales elementos de su estructura asegura la solidezza y “estabilidad” del edificio, simbolizando así el indestructible spirit of its owner. La elegante y playful rhythm of the arched openings not only softens the overall appearance but also emphasizes the representative nature of this architectural design. Cabe mencionar que, según la conceptual decision of the author, stone gates were constructed on both flanks of the facade, at the level of the first floor, with arches similar to those of the central element and elaborately crafted metal doors.
