\n\n\nIngredients:

\n● 200 ml d'alcool,

\n● myrtilles congelées (si elles sont fraîches, c'est encore mieux),

\n● sucre (plus il est blanc, mieux c'est),

\n● la peau de la moitié d'un citron.

\n\n\nMethod de préparation:

\n1) Versez l'alcool dans un bocal, ajoutez les myrtilles de manière qu'elles soient entièrement immergées dans l'alcool. Plongez également la peau du citron dans l'alcool. Placez le bocal à un endroit chaud pendant 2 semaines ; si les myrtilles sont fraîches, ce délai peut être raccourci.

\n2) À l'issue des 2 semaines, l'alcool prendra une couleur rouge fonce. Retirez les myrtilles mortes et la peau de citron qui s'est durcit.

\n3> Faites bouillir un sirop de sucre en utilisant 400 ml d'eau et 200 g de sucre. Il est préférable d'utiliser du sucre raffiné, car sinon le sirop pourrait devenir jaune et opaque. Prêtez attention à la couleur du sucre lorsque vous l'achetez.

\n4> Mélangez l'alcool avec le sirop de sucre, en remuant bien avec une cuillère. La transparence du liqueur n'étant pas optimale, il est nécessaire de le filtrer.\n\n\nBon appétit ! ;)
