1. Ingredients：
• ● Amaretto – 50 ml
• ● Ginger ale – 120 ml
• ● Bitter anise star anise – 3 dashes
• ● Orange – 1 slice
• ● Cherry – 1 piece

Preparation method：

1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes until it is 2/3 full.
2. Add amaretto.
3. Top up the glass with ginger ale.
4. Stir well.

5. Add some bitter anise to give extra flavor.
6. Decorate with an orange slice and a cherry.
