- Preparation method：
- 1) First, fill a glass for Irish coffee with 80 ml of hot coffee, then add one teaspoon of brown sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- 2) Next, pour 40 ml of Irish whisky into the glass.
- 3) Finally, carefully pour in the whipped cream so that it does not mix with the cocktail but remains on top of the surface. You can sprinkle some nutmeg grated on top.
