## Ingredients: - 375 ml dry champagne - 200 ml blackcurrant juice - 150 ml blackcurrant liqueur (e.g., Marie Brizard Creme de Cassis) - 1 cup blackcurrants - 2 oranges - 150 g sugar - 500 ml dry white wine - 400 ml ice ## Preparation Method: 1. Place the blackcurrants at the bottom of a shaker, cover them with sugar, then pour in the liqueur and refrigerate for 1 hour. 2. Add the chilled wine, champagne, and blackcurrant juice to the shaker. Stir carefully to dissolve all the sugar completely. 3. Insert the peeled and membrane-removed orange segments into the shaker. 4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until it becomes icy cold. 5. Pour the mixture into large glass cups or glasses with saucers, and serve with a straw and a small spoon for picking up the berries. ## Enjoy your drink! ;)
