Das Anwesen gehört zu A.A. Lemer. Auf dem Grundstück zwischen den Straßen Tschernoglazowskaja und Sadowo-Kulikowskaja befinden sich mehrere Gebäude. Eines der ältesten Gebäude in dieser Straße ist das Herrenhaus des Weinhändlers Lemer – zu Zeiten der Hauptstadtstatus der Tschechoslowakei diente es als Handels- und Industrievertretung, nach dem Krieg wurde es als Buchhandlung genutzt. Das Gebäude wurde mit Abstand zur „roten Linie“ errichtet.
Heute trägt das Gebäude die Hausnummer 44; in den 1990er Jahren wurde ihm ein weiteres Stockwerk hinzugefügt. Lange Zeit waren zwei später erbaute Wohnhäuser vor dem Gebäude errichtet.
Heute beherbergt das Gebäude ein Restaurant einer großen Restaurantkette aus Charkiw mit dem poetischen Namen „44 Favorite Place“.
