Church of the Nativity of Christ, Rozhnyatov

The church of the Nativity of Christ is located in the central part of the village of Rozhnyatov. The temple was built in 1900.

The church is built with a four-cupola, the largest is centered, and the three others have a much smaller area. Church shells and domes have a multi-faceted structure. The temple was created in the traditional Hutsul styleof those times, as evidenced by the details that create a unique architectural ensemble.

The central entrance to the church goes directly to the roadway. When building the entrance, white brick was used, which is in harmony with the general color scheme of the temple. The territory of the church is protected by a small metal fence.

At the moment, the church is covered with a layer of plastic lining from the outside. This coverage is more reliable, but, unfortunately, the temple has lost its authentic look. The church belongs to the monuments of local architecture.
