Kolomiya is a small Hutsul town with a very rich history, so it is not surprising that here the Nikolayev-Uspensky Cathedral towers. This is quite a fresh religious building, built in 1997 with the help of the famous architect in Kolomyia, Victor Matzai, and Ivan Goloshin, an artist from Ternopol, made a contribution to the interior design.
