Chernitsky Falls, Green

Chernitskiy waterfall is a secluded and picturesque place of the Ivano-Frankivsk region. He is located 5 kilometers from the route Nadvirna - Bystrica in the tract Chernik of the village of Zelenaya. The waterfall is part of the pure mountain river Chernik. Not far from the ancient wooden bridge near the village of Chernik there is a descent that leads directly to the clearing, and from there along the path to the waterfall. The road and paths are strewn with dirt, so getting to this quiet place is convenient and easy both with the help of the car and on foot.

The is a two-stage natural structure. Both to the top of the waterfall, and to the bottom you can walk along the path and admirea beautiful view. The total height of the waterfall is quite small - about 8 meters. The first part of the flow falls from a height of 2.5-3 meters, after which it moves along a small wedge-shaped trench, from where it falls to the lower level from a height of 4.5-5 meters.
