Manor of the landowner Rostishevsky
The manor was built in 1873 by a young landlord and was intended for his bride. The money spent on the construction of the estate amounted to 90 thousand rubles at that time. Since the girl was from Germany, German masters were engaged in building and decorating the estate.Nevertheless, the young wife of Rostishevsky, not accustomed to boring country life, soon missed the city. A year later the estate had to be sold to the municipal zemstvos. In 1912, the hospital building was placed in the manor building, and since 2001 the estate has become home to single elderly people.
The palace on two floors has beautiful mirrored windows, and its walls are decorated with jagged ornament. In the palace there are granite steps everywhere, there are several flat terraces. Around the house grows a chic green garden. Flowers and exotic plants were brought here from the Kiev Botanical Garden.
