Trinity Church, Kotelva

The Trinity Church in Kotelwë is a unique architectural monument, founded in 1812. A spacious beautiful building is not only considered the main decoration of the village, but it is also its central temple. The historical structure is a multi-storey building in the style of classicism with the use of cornices, ceremonial columns, as well as minimalism in the decoration of the facade.

The historical structure is a multi-storey building  at style classicismwith the use of cornices, ceremonial columns, as well as minimalism in the decoration of the facade. In the 1830s, the bell tower was completed, which perfectly fitted into the overall architectural ensemble.

To date, the Trinity Church has crossed the 200-year boundary, it restored the main details, restored the interior. The most important sight of the temple are wall paintings of the early 19th century, a gilded iconostasis, painted archways. Here  functions Christian library with a large number of book copies, a few years ago opened a Sunday school.
